Quadra Surface is seeking a Trade Marketing leader in Indonesia to develop channel strategies and lead trade marketing programs. You will analyze sales productivity, manage marketing investments, and ensure strong alignment between Marketing and Sales to drive growth and ROI in a competitive market.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Trade Marketing/FMCG finance experience, with advanced Excel and strong stakeholder skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in Trade Marketing; FMCG finance experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel with data analysis, financial modeling and reporting capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen with stakeholder influence.
• Excellent presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

• 1. Develop and implement channel strategies from a commercial perspective to drive business growth and maximize channel performance.
• 2. Lead the design, planning, and evaluation of trade marketing programs to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
• 3. Analyze sales team productivity and channel profitability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive commercial performance.
• 4. Manage marketing investments, including budget allocation, spending efficiency, and return on investment (ROI).
• 5. Ensure strong alignment and collaboration between Marketing and Sales teams to achieve business and commercial objectives.
• 6. Provide market dynamics analysis, commercial insights, and strategic recommendations to management to support informed business decisions.

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2. Min. 8 years' experience in Trade Marketing, experience as a Finance Business Analyst within the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• 3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong capabilities in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
• 4. Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders effectively.
• 5. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
