Job summary

Quadra Surface is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to develop and execute strategies that boost sales across West and Central Java from our West Jakarta head office. The role focuses on distributor management, channel development, and high-impact leadership to sustain growth.

With 10+ years in sales and 5+ in management, you will optimize performance, mentor teams, and build partnerships with key customers. Excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG or building materials preferred, with sales management and distributor/channel development focus.
• Proven experience managing and strong knowledge of West Java and Central Java regions.
• Highly driven, results oriented with strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large sales teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• 1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market penetration, and maximize business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• 2. Monitor and optimize sales performance and product distribution to ensure effective execution in accordance with company policies, standards, and operational procedures.
• 3. Conduct regular visits to distributors and key customers to review business performance, strengthen partnerships, identify business opportunities, and ensure continuous sales growth.
• 4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• 5. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to improve productivity, strengthen execution, and achieve individual and overall sales objectives in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
• 2. Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial.
• 3. Experience in the FMCG or building materials industry is highly preferred, particularly in sales management, distributor management, and channel development.
