Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise SPG, DSR, and Merchandiser teams; set KPIs and targets; monitor field execution and coach.
• Plan and execute brand activations and in-store events; deliver POSM and promotional activities.
• Develop B2C sell-out promotions; coordinate promotional materials and evaluate ROI.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and stock movement via reports.
