Job summary

PepsiCo Indonesia is seeking a marketing leader to drive the Quaker brand portfolio, translating brand strategies into channel and category programs to grow volume and market share. You will work with the Commercial and Marketing Lead to plan and execute activations that bring PepsiCo's in-store picture to life across channels and categories.

In this role you will build annual plans, manage Joint Business Plans and AOPs, nurture key customer partnerships, and monitor trade promotions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/Business or related field.
Strong analytical skills with ability to work with numbers and derive insights.
Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Grow Volume and Distribution by building a strong year plan to deliver Quaker's annual sales target.
Facilitate Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and align with internal teams.
Lead end-to-end Quaker responsibilities and engage with local customers during bids.
Strengthen customer relationships throughout contracts to drive renewals.
Improve Quaker brand visibility with key customers in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Marketing leads.
Monitor trade promotions: calendar creation, evaluation, and action planning.
Lead Shopper Marketing initiatives, merchandising strategy and planogram solutions aligned with brand objectives.
Track sales progress and provide feedback to improve future plans.
