Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking an Industrial Engineering professional to lead Kaizen efforts and drive machine automation initiatives. The role requires managing people to standards, teaching SOPs, and ensuring compliance with K3L regulations, while coordinating with vendors for performance data.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, strong English communication, and hands-on experience in TPM and Gemba activities within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering).
• Relevant work experience in a Kaizen Team; shoe factory experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage people to standards.
• Develop machine technology from manual to automated for production, cost, and labor efficiency.
• Create and control a TPM system for machines.
• Create and update machine documentation.
• Teach and control SOPs.
• Comply with SOPs/K3L regulations.
• Communicate with vendors for machine information and performance.
• Gemba activities.
