Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold seeks an experienced professional to drive Project Management and Improvement within its mining and processing operations in Jakarta. You will develop project plans, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 6+ years in maintenance or project enhancement roles, strong TPM/Six Sigma/Kaizen knowledge, and willingness to travel to sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in maintenance, project management, or improvement roles within mining, smelter, or processing plant environments.
• Strong understanding of maintenance work management standards.
• Proven experience with mining, smelter, and processing plant equipment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Solid knowledge of TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Willingness to be placed in Jakarta.
• Willingness to travel to project or operational sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and change management.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance process efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to translate business needs into data-driven strategies.
• Monitor asset performance and provide analytical insights to optimize maintenance practices.
• Implement standardized reporting systems to monitor performance and track improvements.
• Work with reliability and maintenance engineers to assess data and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment between project execution, cost efficiency, and corporate objectives.
• Support best practices like TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to boost productivity and asset performance.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within teams.
