Job summary

Saipem is seeking an Electrical Supervisor Topside for the Osman Gazi project, based at Fylios Port, Turkey. Start date ASAP with a 3 months onshore and 9 months offshore assignment.

The role requires strong commissioning/topside experience and English language skills. You will lead electrical activities, supervise subcontractors, and uphold HSE standards with clear leadership and on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Commissioning / Topside.
• English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and Start-Up Execution with full HSE compliance.
• Supervise electrical works whether by subcontractors or direct hire.
• Plan and oversee maintenance execution and reporting.
• Lead the team on site and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Process Area and vendors for on-time delivery.
