Job summary

Eni is seeking a Head of Construction to lead topside construction activities for offshore developments from Jakarta, Indonesia. The role oversees fabrication, integration, mechanical completion and handover while ensuring safety, quality and cost discipline.

Responsibilities include strategy, contractor management and ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules and regulatory requirements. International expatriate assignment with 24 months fixed term and 6/2 rotation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution of topside construction activities across the project.
• Develop and implement construction execution strategies and delivery plans.
• Ensure construction activities are aligned with project schedules, budgets and milestones.
• Provide construction input during engineering and design phases to optimise constructability.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and delivery performance.
