Job summary

Natural Farm, Indonesia's leading retailer of health and lifestyle products, seeks a TikTok Host Live to engage audiences and drive sales. You will manage live sessions, plan promotions, and train new hosts while collaborating with E-commerce, Marketing, Content, and Affiliate teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, monitoring performance, ensuring guideline compliance, and optimizing strategies to grow engagement and conversions across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a TikTok Host Live or Host Live Coordinator.
• Understanding of OBS software is a plus.

Job description

- Coordinate Host TikTok Live sessions in alignment with the brand's content calendar and marketing goals.

- Collaborate with the team to plan, promote, and execute successful TikTok Live events that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales performance.

- Develop strategies and action plans to achieve TikTok Live sales targets, including identifying opportunities to improve traffic, viewer retention, product conversion, and average order value.

- Work closely with the Host Live team to optimize selling techniques, product presentation, promotional mechanics, and live session performance to maximize sales.

- Monitor and evaluate daily/weekly TikTok Live sales performance against targets and identify gaps, opportunities, and improvement actions.

- Monitor live streams in real-time to ensure compliance with TikTok's community guidelines and policies.

- Address any issues or violations promptly during live broadcasts.

- Be prepared to replace the host and take over a live session if needed.

- Guide and provide training to new Host Live members, including product knowledge, selling techniques, and livestreaming best practices.

- Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to optimize content strategy, improve engagement and conversion rates, and drive growth.

- Coordinate with the E-commerce, Marketing, Content, and Affiliate teams to maximize traffic, promotion, and sales opportunities through TikTok Live.
