PT BSMT TRAVEL GOODS in Jakarta seeks a TikTok Content Lead to shape Bagsmart’s content strategy, voice, and livestream planning, guiding the team to deliver high-quality video that drives engagement and GMV.

You will craft platform growth plans, oversee shooting and editing, analyze performance data, ensure localization, and collaborate with live operations to maximize conversions through compelling moment videos.

Qualifications

• College degree or above; relevant experience may relax this.
• Fluent in spoken English for daily communication.
• Skilled with short video shooting and editing (PR/CapCut); manage content team.
• Experience with TikTok/IG short video content operation & production; strong creative planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop Bagsmart's TikTok content growth strategy; enhance content richness and GMV conversion.
• Plan and operate account content aligned with marketing goals, including daily promotional events.
• Analyze video data and monitor performance; regularly track progress and keep up with trends.
• Produce Indonesian TikTok content (shooting/editing) with localization and originality.
• Collaborate with livestream team to create high-quality live content and maximize conversions.
