Job summary

DACHIN is seeking experienced candidates for an Affiliate Specialist or KOL & Affiliate Specialist role to manage end-to-end collaborations with influencers for E-Commerce platforms (Shopee and TikTok Shop) across their Lifestyle and Consumer Electronics brands.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in KOL/affiliate roles, strong English, Excel skills, and proven negotiation and campaign management abilities. WFO 100% in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area); join ASAP.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or above from any majors.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Research and engage key influencers in Home Living on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOL & Affiliate partners.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable collaborations.
• Develop campaigns to boost brand presence and sales.
• Monitor performance and report campaign results.
