Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in textile design, pattern design, and graphic design.
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of seamless repeat systems, textile colorways, and print production techniques.
• Skilled in graphic layout, typography, composition, and color application.
• Creative thinker with strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Passionate about fashion, textiles, visual arts, and creative industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Create original textile prints, motifs, and graphic assets based on briefs and brand direction.
• Conduct trend research on patterns, textiles, and current graphic design to generate ideas.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, including color separation and print files for textile manufacturing.
• Design graphic materials for clothing trim and accessories.
• Ensure all designs have strong visual balance, color harmony, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with external textile vendors to ensure design results are completed accurately and on time.
