Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in pattern engineering and be proficient in design software like Crispin, Jevero, Coreldraw, and Adobe.

This role requires high work efficiency, a strong sense of responsibility, and careful attention to detail. Candidates should also understand the principles of shoe making and be familiar with processing multiple articles per season.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience as a pattern engineer.
• Understanding of each process and principle for shoe making.
• Familiarity with the procedures for at least 80 articles per season.

Responsibilities

• Make design drawings into shell pattern and all parts.
• Check file and contact the units.
• Modify the pattern for the problem.
