PT Sinar Continental, a leading Indonesian fabric manufacturer, seeks a digital marketing specialist to boost brand awareness across textile, interior, and apparel markets. You will develop strategies, manage channels, and drive lead generation through creative campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in digital marketing, proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, SEO/SEM, and content creation. This on-site role offers growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing channels, social media platforms, websites, and online campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.
• Ability to develop content plans, write engaging marketing copy, and coordinate visual content production. Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with Sales and other internal teams.
• Experience in B2B marketing or the textile, fashion, interior fabric, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support sales objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital channels including social media and website.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns to promote textile products and generate leads.
• Develop content plans and coordinate creation of marketing materials.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads and social media) to improve performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop digital initiatives for lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools and measure ROI.
• Prepare regular digital marketing reports and data-driven improvements.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across channels.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and improve tools and processes.
