Volex, a global manufacturing leader, seeks a Terminal Stamping Engineer in Batam to develop and optimize high-precision stamping processes for terminal products, lead die trials, validate processes, and support mass production in a fast-paced facility.
The role requires at least 3 years in terminal stamping, a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, and proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

We are seeking a skilled Terminal Stamping Engineer to develop, optimize, and maintain high-precision metal stamping processes for terminal products. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, improving manufacturing efficiency, and supporting new product introductions within a fast-paced production environment.
