Job summary

ENNOVI is seeking production professionals for stamping operations in Batam. You will supervise daily activities, drive lean practices, and uphold safety and quality on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in stamping or equivalent, a diploma or degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. SAP and MS Office literacy are advantageous for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the same field, especially stamping operation or equivalent.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Lean manufacturing principles familiarity.
• Good computer skills, MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations within a facility to achieve higher output.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Supervise and monitor production to ensure quality and safety.
• Participate in 5S activities within the organization.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Manage and adjust equipment for optimum operation.
• Comply with QMS requirements.
