Volex is seeking a Plastic Molding Engineer to design, develop, and optimize injection molding processes, troubleshooting defects and improving manufacturing efficiency.
You will collaborate with tooling teams, review mold designs, ensure ISO/ASTM compliance, and support production with SPC, FMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and production goals.

This role reports to Maintenance and Tooling Manager.
The Plastic Molding Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing plastic injection molding processes to ensure high-quality production. This role involves troubleshooting molding defects, improving manufacturing efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
