Job summary

Tencent Cloud Indonesia is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive adoption and success of Tencent Cloud services in the region. You will work with clients and partners to design tailored cloud solutions, deliver POCs and demos, and ensure successful implementation across IaaS, AI, security, and data services.

You will collaborate with cross‑country teams in Southeast Asia, translate business needs into technical architectures, and help shape go‑to‑market strategies in a dynamic cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing pre-sales or solution-related work.
• Familiar with mainstream public cloud platforms (Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience using AI technology to assist and drive projects; familiarity with at least one AI Agent application.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer's technical consulting expert, leading pre-sales analysis, bid documentation, and solution communication.
• Design technical solutions for Indonesia SVIP customers across Tencent Cloud products and ensure successful delivery.
• Promote AI-native capabilities, run POCs and demos, and accelerate migration and delivery while ensuring business outcomes.
• Drive growth by collecting feedback from Indonesian customers and iterating cloud products and AI tools.

1. Accelerate your growth with an international perspective, engage with top-tier Southeast Asia customers, and deeply participate in the most cutting-edge AI needs of the Southeast Asia market and the continuously evolving cloud industry solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer's technical consulting expert. Lead Tencent Cloud pre-sales analysis, bidding document authoring, and customer solution communication, and strive to obtain support from the customer's technical decision‑making level.
• Deeply explore and follow up on the landing of customer needs. Combined with Tencent Cloud public cloud, private cloud, container, big data, audio/video, AI and other product capabilities, design technical solutions for Indonesia SVIP customers and follow up on delivery, continuously strengthening differentiated competitive advantages.
• Possess an AI‑Native perspective, be proficient in Tencent Cloud AI product knowledge and effectively promote it. Use AI capabilities to complete project POCs and demos, accelerate migration and delivery, and monitor SVIP customer business quality.
• Promote scaled business growth in key markets. On a daily basis, collect real feedback and industry common needs from Indonesia customers, and drive continuous iteration and optimization of cloud products and AI tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in computer science, information technology, telecommunications engineering and other related fields are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing pre‑sales or solution‑related work, covering pre‑sales research, bidding document authoring, POC implementation, delivery acceptance, and other project phases.
• Familiar with mainstream public cloud platforms, such as Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Have experience using AI technology to assist and drive projects; familiar with at least one AI Agent application and have effectively applied it in work.
• Extremely strong pressure resistance and resilience. Proactively tackle project technical risks and AI implementation challenges, with no shirking or escaping. Take real business results as the sole orientation, and refuse to stay only at paper‑level solutions.
• Excellent cross‑cultural communication and collaboration ability; fluent English with no barriers to business communication; adapt to the collaboration rhythm of multi‑country teams. Indonesian language proficiency is preferred.
• Strong proactive collaboration awareness; willing to undertake cross‑department collaborative work, with no division of work boundaries, and project success as the core goal.
