Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 5–8 years in Cloud Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or ICT solution consulting.
• Experience designing and positioning Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud, SaaS or PaaS solutions.
• Strong experience with virtualization, cloud platforms, compute, storage, and networking.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• HCIA/HCIP/HCIE or equivalent cloud certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales cloud solution design and technical consulting for enterprise customers.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations for customer acquisition and closure.
• Design scalable cloud architectures (Public, Private, Hybrid, SaaS, PaaS) aligned to business needs.
• Lead POC, technical validation, and cloud migration planning activities.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and stakeholders to assess existing infrastructure and transformation readiness.
• Translate customer requirements into commercially viable cloud solutions.
• Support sales teams with technical proposals, solution positioning, and competitive strategies.
• Monitor cloud technology trends and AI adoption to strengthen solution competitiveness.

Job Role

The Solution Architect is a strategic Pre-Sales role responsible for driving cloud business growth through enterprise solution architecture, customer engagement, and technical consulting. This position focuses heavily on designing scalable cloud solutions, conducting technical presentations, leading Proof of Concept (POC) activities, and translating complex customer requirements into commercially viable cloud architectures. Working closely with enterprise customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders, the role acts as the technical authority during the sales cycle to secure customer trust and accelerate business closure. The position combines cloud architecture expertise, solution consulting, and business-driven technical strategy to strengthen the company's competitiveness across Indonesia's enterprise cloud market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales cloud solution design and technical consulting activities for enterprise customers.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations to support customer acquisition and project closure.
• Design scalable Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS architectures aligned with customer business requirements.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC), technical validation, and cloud migration planning activities.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams, application architects, and internal stakeholders to assess existing infrastructure and transformation readiness.
• Translate customer pain points into commercially competitive cloud solutions.
• Support sales teams in developing technical proposals, solution positioning, and competitive strategies.
• Analyze cloud technology trends, AI adoption, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives to strengthen solution competitiveness.
• Ensure successful transition from pre-sales engagement to project delivery and implementation stages.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Cloud Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or ICT Solution Consulting roles.
• Strong experience designing and positioning Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, SaaS, or PaaS solutions.
• Professional experience with enterprise virtualization, cloud-native platforms, compute, storage, and networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and enterprise cloud architecture trends.
• Experience conducting technical presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concept (POC) activities for enterprise customers.
• Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable and commercially viable cloud architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability, including engagement with C-level decision makers.
• HCIA, HCIP, HCIE, or equivalent professional cloud certifications are highly preferred.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong presentation, consulting, and business engagement skills.
• Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
