Qualifications

• BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE, CIVIL ENGINEERING, COMMUNICATION, OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE.
• MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY HANDOVER OR CUSTOMER RELATIONS WITHIN THE PROPERTY INDUSTRY, INCLUDING AT LEAST 3 YEARS IN A SUPERVISOR OR SECTION HEAD ROLE.
• STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS, QUALITY INSPECTION, AND CUSTOMER COMPLAINT HANDLING.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, COORDINATION, AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
• PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE.
• FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND BAHASA INDONESIA.
