Job summary

Alam Sutera Realty is seeking a dedicated professional to manage event and promotion activities in the Sports Center area, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and tenant relations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in communications, management, or hospitality, with 1–2 years in customer relations or tenant management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, keen problem solving, and willingness to be stationed at Suvarna Sutera, Pasar Kemis are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer relations, tenant management, or hospitality (experience in sports facilities or property management is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complaints and act as a mediator.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMMUNICATIONS, MANAGEMENT, HOSPITALITY, OR A RELATED FIELD.
• MINIMUM 1–2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS, TENANT MANAGEMENT, OR HOSPITALITY (EXPERIENCE IN SPORTS FACILITIES OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS A PLUS).
• EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO HANDLE COMPLAINTS AND ACT AS A MEDIATOR.
• STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS WITH HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
