Job summary

Shbiro Group in Indonesia is seeking a Practical Architectural Engineer to guide apartment buyers through tenant modification projects, from requests to completion. You will review plans, prepare quotes, and coordinate payments while liaising with buyers to ensure specifications are met.

In this full-time role, you will support project managers, schedule meetings, and handle administrative tasks. The position requires AutoCAD experience, ability to read architectural plans, and solid knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD is required.
• Ability to read architectural plans is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Knowledge of electromechanical systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, smart-home) is required.
• Practical Architectural Engineer with at least four years of tenant modification experience is required.
