Job summary

PT Trans Indonesia Superkoridor seeks a Product Development Manager to lead telecom product development across ISP, NAP, data center, and cloud connectivity. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and new initiatives based on market and customer needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in telecom/ICT, 3+ years in product management, strong pricing, financial analysis, and market research capabilities, plus advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in telecom/IT/related fields.
• 5–8 years in Telecommunications, ISP, NAP, Data Center, Cloud, Connectivity, or ICT.
• At least 3 years in Product Management/Product Development.
• Strong understanding of ISP, NAP, Submarine Cable and Data Center businesses.
• Experience in pricing, market analysis, and Go-to-Market strategy.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy, roadmap, and new initiatives based on market and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Develop and manage products such as Internet, IP Transit, DIA, IP Backbone, Dark Fiber, MPLS/SD-WAN, Wholesale Connectivity, Submarine Cable Capacity, Data Center Connectivity, Colocation, Cross Connect, and Cloud Connectivity.
• Prepare Product Concept, Product Requirement, Business Case, Feasibility Study, Pricing Strategy, and Go-to-Market Plan.
• Analyze CAPEX, OPEX, Revenue, Gross Margin, ROI, Payback Period, and product profitability.
• Develop competitive and profitable product pricing.
• Lead product launches and coordinate readiness with Sales, Marketing, Network, Engineering, Operation, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Customer Service.
• Monitor product performance including Revenue, Customer Growth, Utilization, Margin, ARPU, Churn, and Product Adoption.
• Manage product lifecycle and recommend improvements, repricing, expansion, or retirement.
• Provide strategic recommendations to Management regarding new market opportunities and revenue streams.
