Job summary

Yuki Japanese Restaurant in Jakarta is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to ensure all facilities and restaurant areas are in good condition and ready for use. The role involves inspecting and maintaining facilities, and performing repairs quickly to minimize downtime.

Applicants should have SMK Teknik or equivalent; previous technician experience is a plus, with understanding of electrical, AC, plumbing, and general repairs.

• Experience as a technician is a plus
• Understanding of basic electrical, AC, plumbing, and general repairs
• Able to perform troubleshooting and simple repairs
• Has initiative and able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work according to restaurant operational needs

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of restaurant facilities

• Handle damage reports from the operational team
