Qualifications

• Experience as Welding Technician or similar welding role in engineering/manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, stick, and gas welding.
• Ability to read technical drawings and welding specs.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks in varying environments.
• Strong problem-solving and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience with electrical/electronic components is desirable.
• Valid welding certification recognised in Indonesia preferred.

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our electrical and electronic engineering operations. As a Welding Technician, you will be responsible for performing precision welding tasks that are essential to the fabrication and assembly of our products. This role is fundamental to maintaining the quality standards and structural integrity of our electrical and electronic components, directly contributing to our company's reputation for excellence and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding to join metal components with precision and accuracy

• Knowledge of welding safety standards and best practices in accordance with industry regulations
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and work in varying environmental conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot welding equipment issues
• Experience working with electrical and electronic components is highly desirable
• Valid welding certification or qualifications recognised in Indonesia is preferred
• Team player with strong communication skills and reliability
