Job summary

Ideal candidates hold SMA/SMK welding education, have 1–3 years of experience, and can operate welding equipment and production tools. Strong teamwork, integrity, and adherence to procedures are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical skills and ability to perform basic data analysis.

• Welding knowledge across electric, gas, and resistance welding.
• Familiar with production equipment and tools.
• Welder Certificate from the Ministry of Manpower.

Responsibilities

• Carry out welding operations for metal products according to instructions.

Qualifications:

• High school (SMA) or vocational high school (SMK) graduate specializing in Welding Technique
• 1–3 years of work experience
• Specialized knowledge of electric, gas, and resistance welding
• Experience with production equipment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with the use of personal welding equipment, work tools, and general measuring instruments
• Strong numerical skills and ability to perform basic data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination skills
• Willing to adhere to company regulations and assignments; possesses integrity, good conduct, and a responsible work attitude
• Possess a Welder Certificate from the Ministry of Manpower and be registered on the temank3 website.

Requirements :

Carry out welding operation for metal products according to the operation instructions, and strictly implement the welding quality and process procedures;

Be familiar with the operating procedures of equipment and tooling, and operate the equipment and tooling according to the operating procedures.

Familiar with product quality and process requirements, complete production tasks according to quality and quantity.

Check, maintain and maintain the production tools and equipment used for spot inspection and 5S work on site.

Obey the tasks arranged by the superior and be able to complete them actively.

Comply with and implement the company's information security management system and requirements.

Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
