Zusammenfassung

PT Narwastu Medika seeks a Biomedical Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical equipment across Jakarta, Palembang, and Tangerang. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, conduct tests, and provide on-site support to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training from principals is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in biomedical/IT related field.
• Familiarity with biomedical equipment and service manuals.
• Experience or willingness to travel for customer visits.

Aufgaben

• Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance per procedures.
• Perform functional testing to ensure equipment meets specifications.
• Provide technical support to customers on equipment usage and issues.
• Create service reports and technical documentation.
• Visit hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other facilities for service.
• Coordinate with sales, product specialists, and principals for technical needs.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Be on-call 24/7 according to hospital scheduling needs.

PT. Narwastu Medika is a growing medical equipment distributor company seeking professional staff to join as a Biomedical Technician. The role involves installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment across healthcare facilities in Jakarta, Palembang, and Tangerang.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance according to procedures
• Perform functional testing and ensure medical equipment operates according to specifications
• Provide technical support to customers regarding equipment use and issues
• Create work reports, service reports, and technical documentation
• Conduct service visits to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities
• Coordinate with sales team, product specialists, and principals regarding technical requirements
• Ensure all work is performed according to SOP, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Be available on-call 24/7 according to hospital scheduling needs

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Biomedical Engineering, IT, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field
• Understanding and experience in IT Support, hardware and software troubleshooting, computer networks
• Understanding of basic electronics, electrical systems, instrumentation, maintenance, service and troubleshooting
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals
• Capable of installing and maintaining biomedical equipment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel for business visits to customers
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good ethics, conduct, and personality
• Experience as a medical equipment technician is a plus
• Valid SIM A/C is a plus
• Valid STR Biomedical/SIP or meeting related requirements is a plus
