Job summary

PT Transmedic Indonesia, part of the EBOS Med Tech group, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst at the Jakarta Head Office to support inventory management and data-driven decisions for healthcare product distribution.

The role focuses on stock optimization across warehouses, backorder coordination, margin and pricing analysis, and reporting to management. Daily tasks require strong Excel skills, teamwork, and the ability to work independently at Jakarta placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills; macros is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and warehouse inventory to meet business demands
• Track backorders and coordinate with principal supply chain
• Analyze stock efficiency across warehouses and consignment centers
• Prepare margin, pricing, sales, and stock analysis
• Identify data trends, abnormalities, and business issues
• Calculate breakeven point and ROI for company investments
• Prepare meaningful reports and insights for management decision-making
• Support LKKP preparation, quality assurance matters, and principal license transfer activities

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor stock levels and warehouse inventory to meet business demands

- Track backorders and coordinate with principal supply chain

- Analyze stock efficiency across warehouses and consignment centers

- Prepare margin, pricing, sales, and stock analysis

- Identify data trends, abnormalities, and business issues

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

Confident and having good communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Macros is an advantage

Eager to learn new things

Capable to work within a team as well as independently

Willing to training at Jakarta Head Office 2-3 months / as needed

Detail-oriented and analytical
