PT Veda Praxis is seeking a Technology R&D (Advisory Service) professional to support the Digital & Technology Advisory team in researching emerging technologies and translating findings into practical business recommendations.

The role acts as a center of technical knowledge, aiding consulting teams and Partners through rapid research, technology analysis, use case development, and knowledge creation for multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/related field.
• 2–6 years of technology consulting, IT advisory, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and AI/GenAI, cloud, automation, ERP, or core banking.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Partners, PMs, Consultants, and SMEs.

We are looking for a Technology R&D (Advisory Service) professional to support our Digital & Technology Advisory team in researching emerging technologies, developing technology insights, and translating technical findings into practical business and advisory recommendations.

The role will serve as a center of technical knowledge, supporting consulting teams and Partners through rapid research, technology analysis, use case development, and knowledge creation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, digital trends, industry developments, market landscapes, and best practices.

Explore technology architecture, integration, functionality, requirements, and potential business use cases.

Provide rapid and on-demand technology research to support proposals, consulting engagements, and project delivery.

Analyze technologies such as Artificial Intelligence/Generative AI, ERP, cloud computing, automation, and core banking systems.

Translate complex technical information into clear business and advisory insights using business process, system architecture, and functional capability perspectives.

Develop technology insights, frameworks, methodologies, benchmarks, and points of view based on research findings.

Support lightweight development and experimentation, including tool/platform exploration, proof of concepts, use case simulations, and solution evaluations when required.

Identify emerging technology and industry developments that may create new client needs or advisory opportunities.

Develop and maintain an internal technology knowledge repository and reusable research materials.

Prepare and present research findings, recommendations, and technology insights to internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with Partners, Project Managers, Consultants, and Subject Matter Experts across different projects and research topics.

Manage multiple research requests with different topics and deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.

2-6 years of relevant professional experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, digital transformation, IT strategy, technology research, business analysis, enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or related areas.

Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends, particularly AI/GenAI, cloud computing/infrastructure, automation, ERP, and/or core banking systems.

Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Able to connect technology with business processes, operating models, governance, risk, and regulatory considerations.

Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and advisory insights.

Strong desk research capability, including the ability to source, validate, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable working with stakeholders across different levels, including Partners, Project Managers, Consultants, and Subject Matter Experts.

Able to manage multiple research topics and deadlines simultaneously.

Preffered :

Experience in banking & financial services, fintech/payment, BUMN/public sector, or other regulated industries.

Familiarity with digital transformation, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, technology governance, data/AI governance, or service delivery.

Experience with proof of concept, technology assessment, use case development, or technology experimentation.

Relevant certifications in technology, enterprise architecture, cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, or IT governance.
