About the role

We are seeking a skilled Technician (Service) to join our team at PT Fujimak Food Service Indonesia in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance for our electrical and electronic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of electrical and electronic equipment used in our food service operations

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, identify the root causes, and implement effective solutions

Maintain detailed records of all service activities and equipment performance

Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation

Provide training and guidance to team members on the proper use and care of equipment

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Technician or Electrical/Electronic Maintenance Specialist, preferably in the food service industry

Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques

Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documentation

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Certification or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
