Job summary

PT Sambal Bakar Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle the upkeep of restaurant and office facilities in Jakarta. You will perform routine and urgent repairs across electrical, plumbing, AC, and kitchen equipment, ensuring safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, able to work independently or in a team, and ready to travel to different sites as needed. A strong sense of discipline and responsibility is required for timely reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Vocational High School / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Civil or related field)
• Experience as a technician/maintenance staff in restaurant, café, hotel, or F&B industry is a plus
• Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, AC, and kitchen equipment maintenance
• Ready to work mobile and respond quickly to technical issues
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Discipline, honest, and responsible

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of outlet and office facilities
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, AC, and kitchen equipment issues
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities
• Prepare periodic maintenance reports
