Job summary

Summarecon Investment Property in Jakarta is seeking a facilities technician to maintain HVAC utilities and building infrastructure at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, record electricity and water readings, monitor energy consumption in public areas, and coordinate HVAC installations and repairs. You’ll respond to tenant requests and conduct infrastructure checklists to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical installations, control panels, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Willing to work shifts, including national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on HVAC utilities and infrastructure per SMMS.
• Record tenant meter readings for electricity and water.
• Record energy consumption in public areas as per procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor HVAC installations and repairs.
• Respond to tenant and department requests and outages.
• Execute infrastructure condition checklists of building components.

• Execute infrastructure condition checklists to assess the state of building components
