Job summary

SUMMARECON MALL SERPONG is seeking an Entry Level Technician - ME to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems in the mall environment. Qualifications

• Education: High School/SMK or Diploma/Bachelor in a technical field (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics).
• 1–2 years' experience as ME technician/engineering staff in buildings or malls.
• Familiar with ME building systems: electrical panels, lighting, HVAC/AC, generators, pumps.
• Able to perform preventive/corrective maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
• Willing to work on shift and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of ME equipment.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC/AC systems, electrical panels, generators, pumps, lighting, and related equipment.
• Handle fault and breakdown reports and take corrective action.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure all work is performed safely and per procedures.
