Job summary

YAYASAN SYIAR BANGSA is seeking a Technician - M&E for Al Azhar Islamic School Summarecon Bekasi. The role requires practical skills across electrical, Genset, BAS, CCTV, HVAC, and related systems to keep facilities running smoothly.

You will perform preventive maintenance, handle work orders, and support academic events while adhering to OHS and 5S standards. Willingness to work in shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High School/SMK or equivalent, preferably with Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics focus.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same or related field.
• Proficiency in at least 3 areas from Electrical, Genset, BAS, CCTV, Transportation, Fire, HVAC, Sound/PABX and Pumps.
• Ability to read Single-Line Diagrams.
• Understanding of Electrical and AC principles.
• Proficient in operating various technical tools and measuring equipment.
• Willing to work in a team and on a shift rotation.
• Willing to be placed at Al Azhar Islamic School Summarecon Bekasi.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all building equipment and facility support units are in normal and operational condition.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on building facilities according to established plans.
• Handle and complete maintenance and repair requests (work orders) in a timely manner.
• Implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures and maintain work area cleanliness (5S/5R).
• Provide technical support services for academic operations and school events.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
