PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara seeks a skilled engineer to operate and monitor electrolyte circulation systems at the Electro-refinery, ensuring safe, stable, and continuous plant operations. The role focuses on maintaining circulation flow, process parameters, and equipment health.
Responsibilities include routine inspections, coordinating with maintenance, supporting safe startups and shutdowns, and upholding SOPs, HSE standards, and environmental compliance while driving production efficiency
To operate, monitor, and maintain electrolyte circulation systems within the Electro-refinery to ensure safe, stable, and continuous plant operations.
To ensure proper electrolyte flow, distribution, and process conditions required to achieve production, quality, and current efficiency targets.
To identify, analyze, and respond to circulation-related abnormalities, coordinating with operations, maintenance, and technical personnel to maintain process stability.
To ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, and operational standards while supporting production objectives.
Main Responsibility (Operation/Production/Technical/Projects/Administration)
Operate and monitor electrolyte circulation systems, pumps, pipelines, and associated equipment in accordance with operating procedures.
Maintain electrolyte flow, levels, and other process parameters within specified operating limits.
Conduct routine inspections of circulation equipment and identify abnormalities that may affect production performance.
Monitor process conditions and promptly report or address circulation-related issues.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment reliability improvements.
Support safe startup, shutdown, and operational activities related to circulation systems.
Ensure housekeeping standards, safety requirements, and environmental compliance are maintained within the assigned work area.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency and reliability.
REQUIREMENT:
Graduate / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
2-3 years of experience in Electro-refinery, Hydrometallurgical, Process Plant, or Industrial Operations.
Experience in process operations involving pumps, pipelines, tanks, and fluid circulation systems is preferred.
