PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara is seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator to oversee end-to-end contract administration and lead the development of strategies for pre-award and post-award activities at the Batu Hijau mining project. You will guide user departments through the contract lifecycle, manage disputes, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in contract administration within mining or related sectors, with
Coordinate and supervise end-to-end contract administration activities, including both pre-award and post-award processes, to support operational and project requirements.
Develop and execute contracting strategies and contract management plans aligned with business objectives, commercial requirements, and company governance standards.
Coordinate and administer tendering activities, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, contract award recommendations, and contract execution processes.
Provide commercial and contractual guidance to user departments throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure effective risk management and value delivery.
Monitor contract performance, compliance, and contractual obligations to ensure alignment with contractual terms, commercial objectives, and Company requirements.
Manage and resolve contractual matters including claims, disputes, variations, invoicing, payments, insurance, bonds, taxes, and regulatory compliance issues.
Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and operational risks associated with contracts and supplier performance.
Develop, review, and maintain contract documentation, commercial correspondence, reports, and supporting records.
Utilize contract management systems and reporting tools to monitor contract status, track performance, and provide accurate management reporting.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and external parties to facilitate successful contract outcomes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within contract administration processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to contract administration team members and contribute to succession planning initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7-10 years of contract administration, contract management, commercial, procurement, or project contracting experience within mining, metals, EPCM, construction, energy, or related industries; At least have 3 years of working experiences as Coordinator/ Sr Engineer Contract
Strong understanding of contract administration principles, commercial management practices, and contract lifecycle management.
Experience working with contract management systems, ERP platforms, and SAP contract administration modules is highly desirable.
