Job summary

PT. Joinease Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking a Technician/Setter to operate semi-automatic machinery, perform setup and tuning, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance activities.

You will also create repair requests and monitor spare parts to keep production running smoothly. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of pneumatics and sensors, and a commitment to K3 safety standards during repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK (vocational qualification), preferably from a technical engineering stream.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Technician/Setter, preferably from manufacturing industry.
• Able to set fixture and tooling assembly.
• Capable of troubleshooting semi-automatic machines.
• Understanding of pneumatics and sensors.
• Knowledge of K3 (occupational health and safety) in repair activities.

Responsibilities
