Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Writing, IT Documentation, or related role.
• Experience creating documentation for IT products, applications, or systems.
• Strong writing, analytical, and information-gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate with developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and consistency.
