Job summary
PT. Entrepreneur Trust Digital is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to document software and business processes for a banking client in Jakarta. The role requires creating flowcharts, ERD, and UML diagrams and delivering clear, structured documentation.
You should have at least 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer, be able to join ASAP or within two weeks, and be comfortable working full-time onsite in Jakarta with familiarity in Google Docs, Jira and Confluence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
- ASAP or 2 weeks notice period optional.
- Onsite full-time in Jakarta; banking sector experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficient in flowchart/ERD/UML diagramming.
- Familiar with Google Docs, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with diagram flows and documentation writing is required.

- Berpengalaman dalam membuat flowchart, ERD, UML (WAJIB)
- Memahami dan mampu membuat suatu prosedur aplikasi, arsitektur aplikasi dan flow aplikasi
- Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan Google Docs. (WAJIB)
- Farmiliar dengan Jira dan Confluence
- Experience with diagram flows and documentation writing (WAJIB)
