Job summary

PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver technical and soft-skill training programs, including hands-on troubleshooting, repair procedures, and customer service excellence.

You will design and update training modules, curricula, and instructional materials to reflect product advances and dealer requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with service operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Automotive/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Strong knowledge of workshop processes and service operations.
Strong planning and organizing skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Able to plan and manage development timelines.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and logical thinking.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
