Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design and deliver training on XPENG vehicle systems, diagnostics, repair procedures, and EV technologies for dealership technicians, service advisors, and internal staff.

You will develop localized materials, coordinate sessions, evaluate training effectiveness, monitor new model launches, and collaborate with HQ and regional teams while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive technical training, after-sales service, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of EV systems, diagnostics, and automotive repair procedures.
• Experience in technical curriculum development and delivery.
• Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multimedia tools.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering technical training programs on XPENG’s vehicle systems, diagnostics, repair procedures, and EV-specific technologies.
• Coordinate technical training sessions for dealership technicians, service advisors, and internal staff.
• Support the development and localization of training materials, manuals, e-learning content, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance analysis.
• Monitor new model launches and prepare training materials to ensure readiness across the network.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional technical teams to ensure training objectives and standards are aligned.
• Provide technical support to service centers as needed to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, particularly in EV, ADAS, and smart vehicle systems
