Job summary

Liebherr-Werk Nenzing GmbH in Indonesia seeks a Technical Trainer to prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs for maintenance and repair of Liebherr equipment.

You will develop literature and materials, schedule classes, and mentor staff, with emphasis on safety and quality. Requires mechanical engineering background with 1 year minimum or 5 years in heavy equipment maintenance; Train of Trainer Level 3 preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering technical training programs.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Preferably Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive background.
• Train of Trainer Level 3 (BNSP) or ability to obtain.
• MS Office proficiency and classroom software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct technical training programs.
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc).
• Perform training for Internal and Customer Technicians.
• Keep and report data on completed courses and absences.
• Observe and evaluate results of training conducted.
• Motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals.
• Provide assistance to trainers conducting customer programs.
• Provide technical assistance to field service personnel.
• Assist in evaluating prospective employees and technical promotions.
• Comply with environmental, health and safety regulations.
