Job summary

The Software Practice Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based software consulting firm, is seeking an adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract. You will partner with teams across Indonesia and Singapore to manage the talent pipeline for future hires, with responsibilities spanning posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support.

You will work with leadership to implement acquisition strategies, build university partnerships for interns, conduct headhunting for technical roles,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR generalist roles.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency in ATS software; experience in startups or tech hiring is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to execute talent acquisition and retention strategies across Indonesia and Singapore.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Indonesia and Singapore (posting, screening, interviewing, guiding through hiring process).
• Partner with engineering universities for interns and fresh graduates; run activity like hackathons and career fairs.
• Conduct headhunting for technical roles.
• Track recruitment metrics and use data to inform hiring decisions.
