Job summary

The Software Practice Pte Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract, focusing on building talent pipelines in Indonesia and Singapore. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for tech roles, partner with universities for internships, and support broader HR tasks.

You’ll need strong data skills to track metrics and report to leadership. Ideal candidates have a psychology/HR background, 2+ years in recruitment, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Science, Human Resource Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or HR Generalist role.
• Experience in headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Comfortable working with data, able to pull, analyze, and report recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
• Experience in start-ups or tech companies hiring tech roles is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage talent pipelines across Indonesia and Singapore, focusing on tech roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for roles in Indonesia and Singapore.
• Partner with universities for internships and fresh graduates (hackathons, career fairs).
• Perform headhunting for technical positions.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to inform hiring decisions.
• Provide ad hoc support to broader HR functions (onboarding, offboarding, engagement).
• Articulate and market company values to potential employees.
