Job summary

ADVANCE.AI is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and markets. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build effective recruitment strategies.

The role requires 7+ years in TA, strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and proven sourcing of senior and niche roles across Indonesia and APAC. fintech/tech hiring is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong experience hiring in Indonesia with APAC exposure
• Experience across Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia or Thailand is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience in technology, fintech, or financial services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Act as a TA advisor, providing market insights, compensation, and timelines.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping, networking, and other channels.
• Build pipelines for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders across functions and markets.
• Conduct interviews and provide structured candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and TA efficiency.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and markets. The role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver quality talent while providing market insights, data-driven recommendations, and hiring advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Act as a TA advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation, and hiring timelines.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping, networking, and other channels.
• Build pipelines for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders across different functions and markets.
• Conduct interviews and provide structured candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline performance to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall TA efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experiencewith strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong experience hiring in Indonesia, with exposure to regional / APAC hiring.
• Experience across Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, or Thailand is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in technology, fintech, financial services, or other high-growth industries is a plus.
