Job summary

Pajakku is seeking a passionate Technical Support to monitor and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure, across Linux-based and Kubernetes environments, in Bali.

You will analyze logs, support deployments, coordinate with Development and Infrastructure teams, and maintain incident reports, while ensuring system availability and performance. Bali-based role with strong collaboration and ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Technical Support, Application Support, System Administration, Infrastructure Support, or related roles is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Linux, networking, databases, and application support.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Nginx, or Keycloak/SSO is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application and infrastructure services to ensure system availability and performance.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis across applications, databases, networks, and infrastructure.
• Analyze application and system logs to identify incidents and service disruptions.
• Support application deployment, configuration, and environment maintenance.
• Support Linux-based and Kubernetes environments.
• Coordinate and elevate issues to Development, Infrastructure, and related teams when necessary.
• Maintain clear troubleshooting documentation and incident reports.
