Rhb Bank Bhd mencari seorang Technical Support Manager untuk memimpin tim operasional IT. Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas manajemen server/jaringan, perencanaan strategi, serta peningkatan infrastruktur supaya berjalan stabil, aman, dan efisien.

Posisi penuh waktu berlokasi di Indonesia. Fokus utama mencakup pemeliharaan SLA 99,85% per bulan, dokumentasi inventaris, patch keamanan, dan dukungan terhadap proyek bisnis dengan batas anggaran dan waktu yang ditetapkan.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining new architecture, design, implementation and support of IT systems and platforms in terms of efficiency, cost effectiveness and time savings
• Technical management of IT server/network systems and infrastructure support
• To achieve and maintain uptime SLA of 99.85% every month
• To maintain up to date documentation, Hardware & Software Inventory Listing
• To ensure all servers are patched with the latest Anti-Virus Engine & Pattern and Security & Vulnerabilities Patches
• To resolve all server/network related problems within agreed SLA
• To participate in all business projects
• To implement setups within assigned budget and timeline
• Perform administration and review of capacity & performance and produce monthly capacity, availability & performance management report
• To achieve & maintain defined standard application performance and response time.
