Job summary

Mekari Talenta in Jakarta is seeking a Technical Support specialist. You will coordinate with the Customer Support team and stakeholders to clarify complaints and deliver technical support for Mekari products. You will also work with Product and Engineering to resolve product issues, leveraging HR software familiarity.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in English and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of tax is a plus.
• Familiar with database and HR products.
