This role emphasizes safe, compliant operations and efficient building performance. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or trade qualification, 1–2 years of related experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school diploma; 1–2 years of related experience.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Effective communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct inspections, diagnose problems, and repair as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management and ensure efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems.
• Deliver output under supervision with defined duties.
