Job summary

PT Kapal Api Global is seeking a motivated candidate for a role focusing on monitoring distributor performance in market penetration and supporting them with technical and sales education to improve creamer product application across channels. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree in related fields and has at least 3 years in the F&B industry.

Willingness to relocate to Medan or Central Java, plus driving license SIM A/C, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in the listed fields.
• 3 years experience in food and beverage as Bartender/Chef/Food Applicator.
• Knowledge of preparation, production and presentation of F&B products.
• Understanding non-dairy creamer as an alternative raw material.
• Knowledge of BASIC Business Financial Acumen.
• Willing to relocate to Medan or Central Java.
• Has driving license SIM A/C.

Monitor the effectivity of distributor performance in market penetration

Support them by giving technical and sales education to improve creamer product application and distribute it to different channels of customer using technical approach of consultation, application demo and product promotion activities support.

We are looking for you, who :

Graduates as a Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Hotel/Tourism, Agrobusiness, Business Management or Communication Science.

At least have 3 years experience from food and beverage industry as Bartender / Chef / Food Applicator.

Mastering the principles of preparation, production, and presentation of food and beverage products.

Mastering the characteristics of non-dairy creamer as an alternative raw material for products made by customers

Understanding the principles of BASIC Business Financial Acumen.

Willing to be placed at Medan - Central Java or willing to relocate without compensation.

Have driving skill and driving license of SIM A/C
